I hope that any reverse split is considerably less than 1:10......1:5 would set me up pretty damn sweet!

The key things for the stock to re rate are listed in the shareholder proposal. If they pass, this stock is headed to nasdaq. Reverse sit will occur, and the stock will be $4 or more at time of uplist. With the reduction in management compensation, they are likely to add 3 to 5 million in earnings in the next 12 months. The stock is an easy double from here imo. 

Not any time soon...I think we are stuck here for a while. The revenue is not increasing a lot. I was not impressed with the executives on the call. Too many opinions that were not objective. We may see some price appreciation as we get closer to the Annual 10-K. Or if we get an institutional upgrade. But that is reaching.

Good call..I'd say. SmallCaps55, I feel they addressed our concern about the Exec pay issue. Im glad it got axed..

Key elements of the transformation plan include:

Mr. Saumat has voluntarily agreed to abstain from voting on this proposal to ensure the integrity of the process.

- Reform Executive Compensation with Immediate Cost Reduction – To drive immediate cost reductions and enforce strict alignment with shareholders, the CEO and COO have voluntarily voided their employment contracts and waived key compensation components. Both executives will operate on an at-will basis, deferring the negotiation of new contracts until the conclusion of the July 2026 annual proxy to prioritize governance and shareholder feedback.

- Adjust Board Compensation – To demonstrate immediate fiscal responsibility, the Board of Directors has voted to reduce its compensation. To prioritize governance, the Board has also agreed to postpone the negotiation of new contracts until after the July 2026 annual proxy, allowing for the integration of shareholder feedback into future agreements.

By voluntarily anchoring executive pay to shareholder approval and reducing near-term fixed costs, management is sending a clear signal that they are stewards of capital first and foremost. $200k for CEO and $150k for COO a month..? Thats about 1.4 cents EPS a year not provided to shareholders.

Retail never gets a good buy order like that to fill

Who in the Hell is able to get a trade to go through first thing in the morning on December 3rd 2025 for 0.001 per share??? $5 and nabbed 5,000 shares....how can that happen?!!!

Great day for this one. Only 1 cent from the 52wk high of .247. Nice to see that HOD close. I been accumalating this one for awhile now. Could be part of the buyback going on here today. Seems pretty quiet.

The quarterly bonuses are only paid out if certain metrics and growth goals are met. I'm perfectly fine with incentives that reward efforts and results. Did you see that today January 27 that the price hit .247 cents in intraday trading? It's been on a slow steady climb the past few months. And insiders are loading up big time purchasing shares on the open market.

Not to mention they also are entitled to quarterly bonuses of 17% of top line revenue. Personally, this raises a huge red flag and makes me question the investability of ETST but curious to hear others thoughts

Check out the date of the sales and you can compare it to previous 10q's. It's old (2 yrs) and must be to clean those up sec wise. The shares arent registered (restricted) and have been existence for a couple years. They have always been accounted for in the o/s though, so nothing new.

Company is expanding into compounded pet medications, real estate, and fintech. They appear to be diversifying into other / complimentary industries. This should bode well for continuing revenue and profit growth.

I have no idea how big the pet compounded medicine market is worth, thus no idea how to value that addition to the company.

The real estate / fintech company probably does less than 5m rev/year just based on reviewing their site.

Peaks orders are up well over 400% in the past couple months based on order #s. This part of the company is transitioning quite well into profit generation.

In all, the companies future appears bright, even with the FDA shutting down Tirzepatide compounding. The pet compounding market, if it works, could double or even triple quarterly revenues, especially if they partner with some larger veterinarians.

Although on paper, that look ridiculous, this is actually less than their previous contract. The previous contract was 31.5% of revenue. This is 30% of cash, meaning the cash after gross margin, SGA, etc. So with this contract it's a meaningful cut. Still too much in my opinion, but they are doing a great job at running the country and growing revs/profits.

So it was reported today in an 8K filing that two individuals are going to be receiving (30%) of the cash receipts from the company moving forward so long as the profits increase quarter over quarter. That's something that I have never seen before. Is this par for the course with start-ups?

Yes if you've been paying attention to the shares on dtc you will see th reductions in shares. The last official reduction and retiring of shares on dtc was for around 720k shares. He doesn't report price per buy, but in the 10qs and 10k they will report how much they paid for retiring the shares.

Saumat runs that private company and I haven't seen any publications of him making any purchases recently on the Edgar Financial pages...the most recent insider purchase reported was made August 8th and reported on the 9th.

Company buyback. Did you see the latest o/s update on otcmarkets.com? Company bought back and retired over 700k shares from the dtc. Honestly at the price they bought them back, they could buy the entire dtc float and still have money leftover in their 5m buy back program. They're likely trying to buy back as much as possible now before share price rises too much.

Volume is pretty low and it is a pink sheets stock. You have to realize this trades with what is called, unsolicited quotes. That means that the bid and ask are actually real people making buy and sell orders. There are no market makers providing guaranteed liquidity. So basically this trades pretty thin. Once they uplist to QX, market makers will likely accumulate shares to provide guaranteed liquidity and a better bid ask spread. And eventually some institutions will also buy, but not until this is trading above 5 dollars. Be it either naturally rising or by reverse split. Not sure the company is interested in reverse splitting or listing on higher exchange than QX because there is zero need for raising money via share offering. So in all likelihood the company will become a sort of tier 1 stock on QX within 3 years, and imo will be a minimum of a dollar. The float keeps getting bought and those that want to get out are selling to insiders or the lucky ones on the bid. If you're patient enough you could just throw out some low bids to see if they get sold to.

These little 500 share buys have to be the buy back. Who the heck is gona make that small of a buy?

Everything that this company is "into" and what they do is clearly spelled out in press releases and financial disclosures to FINRA...where can it go from here is anyone's guess...It has a very low float for a penny stock so it can certainly moon easily from here...however plenty of shareholders (I'm guessing) have been holding this for a very long time and most likely looking for their exit strategy but the price just hasn't risen enough yet for people to get out. I'd really like to see a Whole dollar again.
