Inc. (OTC:EKCS) (BULLETIN BOARD: EKCS) (ECSI), a global leader in

purchase orders for certain Department of Defense (DoD) and
Department of Energy (DoE) projects to secure highly strategic
sites in North America and Europe. Arthur Barchenko, President and

designed to prevent unauthorized entry or access to large
facilities. The Infrared Perimeter Intrusion Detection System
(IPIDS(R)) will be deployed to protect three classified sites.
These are the 35th, 36th, and 37th government purchase orders we
have been awarded in recent years, and it demonstrates ECSI's
on-going relationship with the DoD and DoE security technology
