(PINKSHEETS: EHYD) eHydrogen Solutions, Inc. (eHS), is ideally positioned with a portfolio of specialized hydrogen and energy production designs and systems to benefit from the increased federal funding programs to meet the Federal 'Tailpipe Regulations.'

The federal government took its first formal step to regulate global warming pollution on April 1st by issuing final rules for greenhouse gas emissions for automobiles and light trucks. The new tailpipe rules, jointly written by the Transportation Department and the Environmental Protection Agency, set emissions and mileage standards that would translate to a combined fuel economy average for new vehicles of 35.5 miles per gallon by 2016. The rules are expected to cut emissions of carbon dioxide and other heat-trapping gases about 30 percent from 2012 to 2016.

Additionally, the EPA is now writing greenhouse gas standards for stationary sources, like power plants, steel mills and refineries; a much larger effort whose impact will be felt across the entire economy.

While the car and light truck regulations would save the owner of an average 2016 car about $3,000 in fuel over the life of the vehicle and eliminate emissions of nearly a billion tons of greenhouse gases over the lives of all regulated vehicles, the technology to meet these regulations is not in place. eHS is ideally positioned to offer technology to reduce or eliminate vehicle emissions.

At the same time, the federal government has established a number of programs to support the technology innovation required to meet these aggressive emission standards. At the March 2, 2010 inaugural Advanced Research Projects Agency - Energy (ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit), U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu announced $100 million in Recovery Act funding will be made available to accelerate innovation in green technology, increase America's competitiveness and create new jobs. "This is about unleashing the American innovation machine to solve the energy and climate challenge, while creating new jobs, new industries and new exports for America's workers," said Secretary Chu.

In addition to the after-market application, the Company's ODHP technology can be integrated into the original engine design for car and light trucks. Additionally, the recently announced H-Solaris and H2-Reactor projects, together with the Company's hydrogen electrolysis technologies, when integrated into a fuel cell, hydrogen powered generator and/or advanced battery storage, enable sufficient hydrogen production to power a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial applications, particularly the expanding Combined Heat and Power (CHP or Cogeneration) projects. This has important implications, since hydrogen can be economically produced on-site and does not need to be transported.

The Company's recent acquisition of key On Demand Hydrogen Production (ODHP) technologies (such as: Photoelectrolysis and artificial Photosynthesis, water and reactive metal alloys) enabled the company to expand its operations to the critical Technology Development & Demonstration phase of the Innovative Cycle, which includes Prototype, Demonstration and Market Analysis. The Company has assembled experienced cross-functional teams to guide each innovation acquisition, technological adaptation and system integration through the required steps to successful commercialization.

The operational and strategic expansion will be accompanied by new marketing and corporate branding initiatives supported by an upgraded website reflecting the Company's core holdings and technologies. Shareholders can expect frequent updates on the company's expansion and new operations.

The Company believes its acquisition and growth-oriented business plan will provide stockholders with consistent equity growth and access to the multi-billion dollar energy industry through its licensing and distribution of hydrogen-powered energy devices and solutions.

The Company continues to develop and license a variety of technologies and power systems founded on its core holdings and will make further announcements on the progress of each of these new initiatives as the various technologies are integrated into its development and partnership programs.
