Yep, I believe they have some sort of plan for the future... possible climb out of the depths or possible sell the ticker to ramp up once again. For sure they must have some sort of plan.. I mean really,,, why would they bother dealing with Nevada if they were completely done with the ticker.. something must be coming down the road. I hope it happens sooner rather than later. M

Sorry,,, I was pointing out that recently (late February) EGOC filed their annual list with Nevada.. I have not looked for or come across anything else.. Maybe it's time for me to dig deeper on the EGOC saga.. I figure they had a reason for updating their annual list.. why would they bother with doing that if EGOC principles were done with this ticker? I am guessing more to come "soon".. my favorite line. lol

Yep, as usual it's just another "hurry up and wait" scenario. It can only get better with time .. Much like fine wine.. maybe a winner at some point.. Maybe.. Sticking around to hopefully see the big show.. I hope it's a big show anyway.

At this point who knows but what are our options lol, wait and see. .38 is my break even so no sell till then no matter what and evaluations at that time will be very important!

The share structure is super low and anything can happen but after the RS most of us have to see something pretty good just to break even. My break even is 0.38. That is very doable if any good news comes out that is more than just speculation. I would love to make a killing here someday but that would take a lot. It does look like someone has some intentions here.

Never seen a stock move this much in the expert market, not saying anything but kinda wishing I had bought more after the RS….oh but wait maybe we will still be able to……..now let’s just see what happens!

I have no problem with EGOC rising from the ashes as long as it's legitimate and not a fraudulent scam behind it. You on the other hand, don't give a hoot who falls prey to these scams, in fact you help aid them along....JMO

On a more happy note.. It sure looks like EGOC is going to happen in the coming days/weeks/months when you consider the latest filings.. FTC/CUTPA case (LeanSpa/LeadClick matter)
Richard Chiang was an individual defendant (as an officer of LeadClick) in the FTC/State of Connecticut LeanSpa case. A federal judge entered a Stipulated Final Judgment, Permanent Injunction, and Monetary Relief against Richard Chiang on Feb. 28, 2014 (“Chiang Stipulated Order”).

Before that, the court entered a stipulated preliminary injunction freezing $270,000 of Chiang’s assets (order entered Jan. 17, 2013).

The FTC’s appellate filings later note explicitly that “LeanSpa and Chiang settled their cases in stipulated orders (Dkt. Nos. 274, 286)”—Chiang’s being Dkt. 286.

Connecticut’s summary and other filings confirm the case-wide monetary judgment against the LeanSpa defendants (separate from the later LeadClick/CoreLogic litigation); Chiang’s own final order was entered separately as noted above.
