Efotoxpress Inc (EM) (EFOT)

Anyone out there? What happened This week here? Movement.

I was in ETRADE today and saw I gained 43 cents in an account dormant for a decade or more. So what is this? It is a stock called EFOT and I have 45 cents worth of stock? I had no idea what this was until I found this board. Edward Tan and his AMUT stock he gave me. LOL I was his bookie and this guy lost all time. He used to pay off in cash but one time got me to accept some stock in AMUT since he was strapped for cash. I forgot all about this as I have not seen or heard from him in quite a few years. I don't book anymore, and it doesn't look like this company is going places.
Back to the grindstone for me.

I also lost many thousands of dollars to Edward Tan and have many emails from him reassuring me that he was going to "come through" for me. There went my retirement money. This last year he blocked me from his email so I sent him an email via Linkedin so then he deleted his account. I contacted an attorney who advised me to complain to the SEC and I sent him an email via DCM Medical Systems company website and he said he didn't take kindly to being threatened and I said I didn't take kindly to being strung along for 13 years. He replied with a cold "Do whatever you want." Shouldn't we have been included in votes or at least notices of meetings as stockholders? We do have rights as stockholders that have been ignored. Maybe we can sue the company(s) for that.

Hmm. 2500 volume trade just showed up.

Tell Ed I'm still waiting for him to make me rich, I've been waiting since 2001.

I find it strange you want to honor him in that way after he screwed you over, me over and hundreds of other people. I still own 100,000 shares and don't have any idea what happened to all the things he said was happening.

Everything he said in his emails on this board were nothing but a big fat lie. Proof of that was his very own words of telling you he closed the US operation because there was no revenue. And yet you still think you owe him something. Good luck with that.

What is his email address. I would like to email him and ask him many questions.

And how many years was he sending emails saying how much success he was having and all the hype about having an IPO. How can you recoup what you spent if there is no trading of the shares? Is he going to buy back the shares for what you paid for them? I really wouldn't believe what he says. He has a proven track record of, how should I put it, of not telling the truth.

So all the investors who were hyping and defending him were completely wrong. They were all duped by him. I can't believe not one single person has gone to an attorney and sued him.

I purchased my shares online like everyone else I assume. I was back when it was AMUT and then bought more when it became EFOT, I have 26K shares that are worth nothing. Edward did respond to my email.

Here's what he said.
With regret we had to fold the US operation. We had no revenue for a long time. It was inevitable. I m now in Asia trying to make recoup losses. If we make it there is a chance you may recoup your losses.

You were the moderator of this board. How did you come into contact with the ceo to purchase shares? Do you still own any shares? The company never filed BK so whoever owns shares outstanding still own a piece of the company. I wonder why all the people who supported him and then got burned by him never went to an attorney?

Where do you live? He lives in South San Francisco. The company is in Fremont, Ca. How hard can it be to locate him or the company? The Tron site is completely Chinese. I know that the Chinese ripped him off. They never paid for the installations they got. They probably stole the technology. Why he would trust them is beyond me. He is even Chinese and should know how crooked they are.

I tried emailing him through an old email contact I had, but no response. I wish I could locate him as well. Don't you think it is odd, that that site links to that Tron site which is obviously a PACS product.

It is incredible that none of the previous supporters of this company and this ceo know how to find him or know who to contact to hold him accountable. The only thing I can think of is all the prior posters on this board were really the ceo himself.

That being said, everyone should note that the company has NEVER filed bankruptcy so whatever shares are still outstanding those who own shares still own that company.

Its funny when you click on the efotoxpress.com link it takes you to Tron System, obviously based in China or Japan. That is where Edward was choosing to make inroads the last we heard from him. And not only that but it looks like PACS products on that site.

I bought in to the words of Edward many years ago as well, didn't invest 10s of thousands as my faith in what I was hearing was not strong. There is always risk when investing, but I also believe that people should be held accountable for their actions and in this case we have someone that grabbed a lot of money from many people and ran.

I have reached a road block in my search, does anyone out there have any information at all on the company or especially Edward?

I would like to contact the appropriate regulatory individuals to hold Mr. Tan accountable.....not about the investment from many years ago at this point, just the principle.

I have no idea. There must be plenty of people who invested who live
in the bay area and can drive by to see if the company still exists.

Don't know. It's still listed as their address. Has anyone heard ANYTHING from him?

Is he and the company still in Fremont? The company is private in that the shares do not trade but he should still be accountable to the shareholders.

I invested a bunch of money with Ed too. Has anyone been able to recover / prosecute him? Admittedly I was naive, but it's just not fair that he took off with my money with no account given for what he used it for, and whether there's anything left.

Stock market at all time high. Where is the IPO? Who believed in
this company/ceo? Looks like many have been disappointed.

I have been promised so many times by Mr. Ed Tan, I feel like a fool for ever beleiving in im and his company. He is quite the salesman!! I know I wasn't the only one to by his story and his friends that help sell his "SHARES", the only people who got rich in this deal was Mr. Ed Tan.

This could be a good takeover target as the company has a small unknown name now. Any big name could take this over and sell thousands more MEDICAL IMAGE PRODUCTS!

Any BIG NAME in software could buy this company and go over it and smooth out any bugs and add other items and certify the information that goes into this software like medical information will be safe and sound for years and they will sell many more DCm products each year.

Any big name company could buy EFOT and sell it (DCM ROBOT and others) as the low end product for hospitals that have not too much money at this time. There are many of those at this time and there are new laws that state they need such products for medical records and pictures now!!!!!!!

They can go low price at this time and then EFOT can be a good choice for them. The new products have been in part formulated by a HEART DOCTOR!

The BIG HOSPITAL COMPANY in DUBAI bought two systems and they have eighteen hospitals and if they like those two systems they could buy more. That could be soon.

The other systems that have been installed are reaching the time when others will hear of those and if they like those there could be added sales.

of this company and it's prospects for an IPO. Neither
one is reliable.

What do you think is happening? I think it's manipulation
and nothing more. Have you tried to buy or sell shares?
Maybe you should try it and see if more than just the

So now that the IPO is back to the NASDAQ by the end of
this year, how come the stock is not trading in volume
and price to reflect that? The reason it's not is because
people recognize this game is played out. How many times
is he going to try and pump the IPO thing anyway? LOL!

Gee, now we are back to an IPO on the NASDAQ! That was
where the IPO Was going to take place back in 2007, LOL!

LOL! Another change of plans! Well that isn't surprising
given how many times plans have changed over the past
9 years! Funny how he is now concerned about following
the rules and not disseminate information to just a few
shareholders. Following the rules isn't something he has
ever been concerned with.

What happened to the selling of 2 million shares to
the Chinese investors for 50 cents a share and then
selling the company to a Chinese company and listing on
the Shanghai Stock Exchange? He has everyone fooled still
except me.

I perform due diligence and research and prove that the
prior plan was a crock of bull. Wise up people. I guarantee
by the end of the year there will not be an IPO. There won't
ever be an IPO.

If one takes the time and does some google research on
the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the IPO process you will
find that this company is not having an IPO anytime this
year. You just continue to listen to whatever you are told
without any proof. Just remember who is doing the talking.

Seems all the supporters of this company have bought into
a pig in a poke regarding listing on the Shanghai Stock
Exchange(SSE). I researched all the requirements and
conditions for listing and there is no way this was ever
going to happen. Just another STORY in a LONG LINE OF STORIES.
Sorry guys, but you gotta know who you are dealing with.

There is one thing that provides irrefutable proof that there
is no such thing as an IPO for this stock. The lack of
any correspondence with the shareholders, no announced
shareholder meeting with an agenda topic for shareholders
to vote.

That single factor should tell any logical, reasonable
person that all this talk about an IPO is bull. But some
people are really, really, dumb and they just can't make
the connection. Those are the people who continue to give
their money and believe in this guy.

It is cowardly not to admit you are wrong. All of you know
who you are. You have been wrong all these years about this
company and its leader. Of course, you had some help with
the misinformation and the pipe dreams. Your silence tells
all. Kidd posted the email from the ceo on 04-02-09 where
he said there would be an IPO "within" the next 3 months.
The 3 months is up but I bet he has a brand new story to tell.
