Enerlabs, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Laboratory
OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Enerlabs, Inc.
(OTC Pink: ENLB), an energy & environmental laboratory company,
announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire an
energy and environmental testing laboratory in California for cash. This laboratory is
a full service analytical laboratory with 25 employees serving the
areas and industries of petrochemical, petroleum products,
refinery, manufacturing, wine manufacturing, agricultural and
environmental. The laboratory has current annual sales in
excess of $2 million.
