No point going back and forth on this, am assuming they file per the deadline. Would be nice if they mentioned a merger but not too hopeful.

They chose to have a filing obligation, the PCAOB accountant fee is generally 6 figures yearly on the Annual. Nothing on Quarterlies.

This isn’t pcaob . Ask chat gpt how much it costs to file financials for an otc empty shell, about $30k for the whole year,

SEC Reporting is 6 figures yearly for valid PCAOB and the additional OTCIQ is 5 figures, max 13k. Try to keep up.

But the annual auditor fee is costly and there is an additional OTCM fee as well. Where is the money coming from?

They will file otherwise they wouldn’t have even bothered filing the late notice. They do this often unfortunately.
