The Envit Capital Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ECGP) is pleased to announce that the company has entered into an agreement with Rib World to creatively explore strategic investment banking opportunities. Envit Capital owns 5% of Rib World and has struck a deal to introduce Rib World to a selected Investment Bank in order to facilitate different possibilities for the further growth of Rib World. The agreement entails Envit Capital possibly acquiring an additional 20% of Rib World for a series of specific successful transactions, which will not require Envit Capital to put up any additional capital or shares. If successful this would raise Envit�s stake in the Irish rib company to a total of 30%. Envit Capital may also receive significant consulting fees, adding a dramatic injection into its revenues for 2008-2009. At this time Envit Capital is not able to divulge the specifics of the deal in order to honor the request of Rib World�s private company status in Ireland.
