The share structure is the reason I bought and continue to add shares. 64 million os. Also this company cannot be traded as there is no float. Buy and forget about it, check it in 3 months.

Stock currently trades at shell value, .01×64 million=640,000.

If a 5 million company (very small) reverse merges into the shell it should trade at 5,000,000 ÷ 64,000,000 = .078.

How about 10 million company (again very small) 10,000,000÷64,000,000=.156

Now what if there are 2, 3 or more companies, and this is parent or holding company as has been speculated, we could be looking at a .50-.60 share price.

In case you think I am pumping, I am talking about real companies with real value, maybe we get one that has been in business over 10 years.

Currently very little downside and huge upside. Get your tickets early as there is no float.

I will agree it floats very well and fast if not careful ... I only have 3,560 from when it was $0.0166 .... I need to try and average down myself ... I do believe this will be reversed merger later but unknown with who.

Holding from last year looking another 50k to 100k purchase before it pops. Most of those out on the bid are mine I believe it's still undervalued as a shell with 68 million shares outstanding.

This could easily be trading .20 $0.25 depending on the companies that are going to be reversed merged

It was me adding today I will continue to add, and yes it's very thin. When I bought last year I had to buy most of it at the ask.
