CinTel Agrees to Supply Alcatel Backbone Switches to Busan Construction Headquarters (Busan Design Center)

CinTel Corp. (OTCBB: CNCN), a leader in Internet traffic
management, announced today its fully owned subsidiary in Korea has
signed an agreement to supply of approximately $340,000 worth of
Alcatel�s backbone switches and work group switches to �Busan
Design Center (BDC)� in Busan Korea, as part of a consortium with
Samsung Networks. BCD, located at Centum City in Haewoondae-Gu of
Busan, Korea, will be finished in February 2007 and will become a
one-stop service and advanced design development center for the
region. It will help to promote the unique advantages of the region
by promoting design awareness, making available design training
programs, providing support for design researchers, and provide
advanced design installation facilities to local businesses.
Kyung-Seop Lee, Sales Manager of CinTel Korea, states �We are very
proud to provide network equipment to BDC and believe that we will
be able to leverage the sale of its other products using this
supply to BDC as a reference.� Sang-Don Kim, the CEO of CinTel

CinTel has secured many new sales channels through our partnerships
with other network integration and/or system integration companies
after CinTel and Samsung Networks began their cooperative working
relationship in March 2006, starting with the Korea Air Force

system integration and network integration to maximize revenues and
profits and bring the best total solutions to each client. Just as
CinTel has succeeded in securing Hyundai Heavy Industry (HHI)'s
