An international group of 13 stock promoters were charged Monday by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with running a hacking scheme that allegedly took over investors’ brokerage accounts and made the accounts into zombielike instruments of penny stock fraud.

The defendants used dozens of hijacked accounts to bid up shares of a cannabis stock and a gaming stock; then they forced the commandeered accounts to purchase shares controlled by the group, said the civil action filed by the SEC in an Atlanta federal district court.

CMG's operating business and investment portfolio continue to be the primary focus of the corporation. As a footnote, because our previous auditor was disqualified by the SEC going forward we would have to re-audit 2023 resulting in paying for that audit and 2024 simultaneously has become a cost that we find excessive.

* Part of that money lost is the Vehicle driven by the CEO (the company buys him a new one every 3 years)
* $CMGO is owed almost $2 million from the Wannabe Oil Processing Company that still can't produce any processed oil (after how many years?).
* The CEO took out convertible debt so they could loan the money above.

I don't think the word "confirm" means what the CEO intends it to mean. Of course, he's said a lot of incorrect things over the years. I'd bet the 10-Q (whenever it does arrive - the rules really don't apply to Glenn) has a few misrepresentations, as well.
