I received a very generic check from the US treasury. No memo, no explanation.. It took me a little while to figure out what it was for. I finally saw that it had to do with the US District Court, Texas Southern, and that helped me connect it to the Grifco scam. It's sad, because 20 years later, Jimbo has done a couple years time, moved on and probably ran a couple more pump and dump scams. Meanwhile we're waiting for a few crumbs every 10 years.

Greetings Grifco Victims!!! After 9 1/2 years since my last payment, I received a US Treasury check for $279.16. Only about $35K to go. Woo-Hoo!!!

I want to get back to you quickly. I've done some scouting around on the Web and think I may be wrong. I think I confused the Jan 6 tapes with something else. As best I can tell, Tucker's staff will be working on the tapes at least a week and then he will make that work public. Nothing has been said that I can find on how that will be handled. So it might be on Fox News. Sorry, I never intentionally try to mislead anyone.

I did enquire about a check I received from TX (for tax purposes) in May of 2021. It was related to the GRIFCO case and was told that they were still collecting from Dial, Jarvis and Ellerman. I know its a joke at this point but thought it was interesting. I can't get Kesha Miller to respond but this guy did immediately respond to the email that was enclosed with the check

I got a check 5 or 6 years ago for nearly a third of my loss. I've only gotten one reparations check.

No one ever got a check like I did? I never received a response from Kesha (I did use the Miller address). I just thought it was a crazy coincidence I emailed her and then a random check appeared 6 weeks later?

About the same. If I remember correctly, I got more from the Golden Gate thing or whatever it was called. No one else received anything?? I had sent an email to Kesha about a month before but didn't receive any response and I am not even sure that email is still active. I know her last name changed at some point

What was the amount compared to the first check you got? I received only one check a few years ago. Will be on the lookout.

The SEC investigator that spoke with for hours in 3 or 4 phone calls, said that the Grifco scam was one of the best disguised scams he'd ever seen.

Another piece of history....still chafed from that rodeo. A number of calls with Dial and Jarvis along the way doing the proper DD convinced me it was a legit investment....so naïve.

Absolutely remember him! Jarvis is the one that aggravated me...I remember that house he lost with all those cars and the govt wasted all that and a little if any was used for restitution

I got a one time, substantial restitution check, but nothing fro wht Dial was to pay, after he got out of prison.

I have a feeling that Dial\s name cannot be found connected to Ozona NG. But I'll bet the slime ball is lurking.

FTNG definitely made some money, but I doubt any of it got to a share holder.

Remember Been Burned Before? His brother was an O&G guy and his territory included Crockett CO. He used to stop and chat with FTNG production people. They were producing NG.

If he was/is to pay restitution to those like you that were swindled out of a lot of money and he's back in the same industry, I have no problem bashing, definitely think others need to know like you said, and I am all for following up with DOJ

As far as I know, Kesha Miller ws the last DOJ contact person.

So, now it's Ozona Natural Gas. I'm betting it the same leases that Dial cheated GFCI share holders out of with his "First Texas Natural Gas" ,scam.

Old Timers may remember that he said the Crockett Co gas leases were part of Grifco. After floating several million unregistered shares of GFCI, into the market. he piously announced that in order to save GFCI Shareholders from the inherent risk of O&G plays, he was creating First Texas Natural Gas"

That was the last time Dial put Grifco and FTNG in the same PR. FTNG went bye bye for GFCI shareholders.

In the meantime Dial was peddling FTNG shares, in Europe, with no mention of GFCI. That was legal, because GFCI was NEVER a part of FTNG.

He used the money, from his sale of unregistered GFCI, to buy the Crockett Co gas leases.

The shares were put into the Market, by Golden Gate Securities. The SEC seized about $2 million from GGS. That money was used to pay some fortunate GFCI bag holders, some restitution.

Funny thing. In the late 1950s, I worked on the Phillips seismograph crew the made the Crockett/ Valverde Co discoveries.

Looks like Dial is still in, though I thought a condition of their sentencing was that could never again be involved in the stock market.
If the Jarvises are still in---a MAJOR Watch Out! IMO, Nick Jaarvis was worse than Dial.

Jim & his buddies, and theirs all involved/connected in oil drilling business. Unfortunate they screwed in their previous venture with $GFCI.
