On Thursday March 5, 2026, the Registrant filed an amended and restated set of Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Nevada. The amended and restated articles increase the Registrant’s authorized common shares from 1,000,000 with par value $0.001 to 20,000,000 with par value $0.001.

I just noticed the D was removed but reversed split did not change. My 12.500M shares were not replaced for 1250 shares. 

The "D" was a temporary suffix added to denote a corporate action, which in this case was the reverse/split that Shaun supposedly said he would never do. The suffix doesn't really do much other than to add to the confusion. Plenty of other suffixes to learn about here.

What is happening here does anyone know? Why are we back to being BOTY and not BOTYD? Are we getting our shares back that this company have stolen?

Get dat stank $BOTY in the air. Bid is gradually climbing, for whatever the reason.

I know I am not the only one who made an SEC criminal complaint against BOTYD. Every one of us who owns shares of this have been financially hurt by this reverse split. The reverse split was done after the market have closed that Friday and it was done in secrete. He did not inform any of us shareholders that a reverse split was coming and there were some insiders who knew it was happening because they put up 330 million shares for sale for $0.0001 that Friday before the reverse split took place. There is a lot of evidence that proves we been scammed and justice should come swiftly. We need to be able to get our money back from these crooks who have cheated us.

Wow! There may be a cease trade restriction on BOTYD. A Scam is a scam, after all.

The Fidelity investigation team is saying that BOTY had some inside trading going on and unusual trading practices were observed. They brought to my attention that every time the stock price reached $0.0002 it would strangely drop back into $0.00001 and Friday 01/30/2026 over 330 million shares went up for sale for $0.0001 and they saying that in itself shows they were inside trading because none of us shareholders knew nothing about the reverse split that was coming at the end of that trading day plus they also said regular shareholders like us most likely wouldn't be selling our shares for the amount the share were being sold for they even saying we wouldn't be selling our shares right now for $0.08. They are telling me the scam that BOTYD is doing is still being in play and they are looking into all of it.

Another thing I like to add and that is some sub penny stocks are worth the gamble because they may perform and gain revenue but with BOTYD it wasn't a gamble once they did another reverse split after adding billions of shares for the last 5 years or so, this is just a scam and the company has no intentions on profiting from its performance or fundamentals it plans on robbing and scamming shareholders like you and I. Scams aren't gambles.

Fidelity is also doing an investigation into BOTYD. They are even saying something isn't right. Stock opened this morning and asking price was for $176.00 and shares started selling for $0.08. Fidelity is contacting the SEC and the FBI they are claiming the stock prices are being manipulated. Also, yes, I was boosting this company to others because I really believed the BS that they were putting out. Now the company screwed me and everyone who invested in this shit show and the wrong doers needs to be brought to justice.

Given the type of entertainment this stock promotes, you shouldn't be the least bit surprised a reverse stock split was effected. 4,000,000 shares down to 400, in my case. Just saw that this morning. Wow unbelievable! I can’t even trade it on ETrade yet. It shows up as an i recognizable symbol. Unreal.

I filed my SEC complaint and thinking back on what I reported I left out some key evidence which proves what Shaun Donnelly have done is Fraud. This became a Pump and Dump Scheme that Donnelly should be criminally charged for. Shaun Donnelly claims in a recent news that AI will be in play to get the video and subscription content to more unaware viewers, he also claimed that subscriptions went from two million to five million. I forgot to mention those key points in my report and those are key evidence because after all the news came out the stock started moving. The stock price jumped to $0.0002 and fell fast back into $0.00001 and I blame Shaun Donnelly personally for those drops because in my opinion he was the one low balling it so he could screw us with this bogus reverse split. This what has happened is Fraud and the criminal / criminals behind this Fraud should face justice and answer for this scam. I bet if and when they investigate this fraudster, they will find our money has been mishandled. I am betting they been money laundering our so-called investment.

Well Shaun Donnelly did exactly what he promised he would never do again and that is he did a reverse split on BOTY and for that I filed a complaint with the SEC, and I am asking others like you who have been invested in this much longer than I have to do the same. Shaun Donnelly did this reverse split after publishing news that the company had purchased a 20-mile gold mine claim, coming out with two new shows LFC Boot Camp and LFC Gold Diggers. What this equal to is Fraud it was a pump and dump, and the bastard needs to be criminally charged. Do your part to bring this POS to justice and file a complaint with the SEC and to the FBI. Update to the last post I made yesterday, and this is sort of good news but also it is kind of bad just depends on how you look at it. The heavy batters I showed this too yesterday informed me this morning that they looked over everything that they need to see, and they did tell me that they are going to buy shares but the shares they buy is the amount they spend on lottery tickets. They all agreed this stock BOTY is a gamble and not really an investment. They did say if this stock gets over $5.00 a share, they then will change their outlook on this but until then they considering this a lottery play. If it gets to $5.00 and over, they will then consider this an investment. It was a fair evaluation in my book.

I just informed some heavy batters about $BOTY ! Now, we will watch and see what happens in the very near future because these investors are no joke when they buy they buy big !
