Banyan Corporation (OTCBB:BNYN), announced its subsidiary, Chiropractic USA, Inc. has entered a Training and Licensing Agreement with Chiropractic Coaching, Inc. (�CCI�), to develop the Chiropractic USA brand pursuant to a new �licensee� program, and to provide system wide training and support for Chiropractic USA franchisees and licensees. The national training program, to be held in Phoenix, Arizona this weekend is expected to draw 150 participants, about one-third of the participants are prospective licensees. The program calls for CCI to license 50 licensees by the end of the first year. This would generate significant fees for both CCI and Chiropractic USA. Michael Gelmon, CEO of Chiropractic USA stated: �By making Chiropractic USA brand more accessible, we are attracting increasing numbers of Chiropractors to our licensing program. In addition, CCI has undertaken the entire Chiropractic USA training and support function as part of this agreement.
