BGRP Bluestem Group Inc (CE)

A federal judge in New York dismissed Capmark Financial Group Inc.'s (CPMK) lawsuit against Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) concerning a 2009 credit facility, Reuters reported Tuesday.

In the 2011 suit, Capmark had alleged that Goldman, which had a Capmark board seat, gained an advantage over other creditors.
