LEWIS COUNTY, W.Va., June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Old Field
Fork Corp., a West Virginia corporation that is wholly owned by
Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. (Pink Sheets: BCND) today
announced that it submitted all documents and taxes with the State
of West Virginia to reinstate and update the corporation. Old Field
Fork Corp. is the owner of 6 parcels of land in West Virginia that
total 250 acres. The corporation fell into bad standing with the
State of West Virginia in 2007 over a tax dispute. The problem
impeded progress in moving forward with the opportunities that the
land presented. Recently, the company's parent corporation resolved
the dispute and submitted the paperwork to reinstate the company
under the direct orders of the new President, Rick Blackburn. The
company expects it will take approximately one week for the State
of West Virginia to process the paperwork and update their computer
systems to show the reinstatement and new officers. Once the
systems are updated, the corporation will move forward with its
plans to capitalize on the timber and further research the natural
resources on the property. In addition, the company will be
obtaining updated mapping of the area to enable it to develop the
land for commercial and industrial use. Officials from Old Field
Fork Corp.'s parent company believe that Lewis County and West
Virginia represents a better business climate for the development
of its holdings as opposed to Hempfield Township and Westmoreland
County, Pennsylvania, where the control group owns other
properties. About Old Field Fork Corp. The Old Field Fork Corp. is
a West Virginia corporation formed in 1985. In a private
transaction, Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. (Pink Sheets:
BCND) acquired all of the capital stock in the corporation and
assigned it to Beacon West Virginia Holdings, Inc., which is also
owned by BCND. The company's present business model involves
capitalizing on its 250 acres in Lewis County, West Virginia. This
