NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon

Renaissance Renovations and Development announced today that the
company (Renaissance) began the application process with Hempfield
Township for all required demolition permits regarding the
Westmoreland Glass Factory site. Beacon is very excited that
Renaissance's management has chosen to expedite the process and
demolition of the structure. Once all the permits are issued,
Beacon will commission an architectural team to proceed with design
sketches and proposals for the best use of the cleared property.
Beacon already received a one million dollar binding deposit and
once all of the required permits are issued the company will
