ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) today announced that the company's WCFC mixed martial arts events brand will hold a combination street fair and MMA event to be held on Pierpont Street in downtown Salt Lake City on August 20, 2011. The all-day event will include a pro-am MMA fight card, street vendors, live bands, and other entertainment.

Joe Wooten, Chief Executive Officer of ActionView, added, "Holding an all-day street event in Salt Lake City is a great way to promote our brand to an entirely new audience. The summer weather in Salt Lake is ideal for an outdoor event like the Pierpont Street Bash where fans can relax, listen to great live music, eat, drink, and then enjoy a great evening of fights. One of our major our goals here is to use these next two outdoor events as a calling card to attract larger national sponsorship revenue for our 2012 WCFC Summer Outdoor Tour.  There is a huge opportunity to attract large national sponsors who are actively seeking mid to large size events to attach their brands to, and WCFC plans on capturing those sponsorship dollars by offering something unique to MMA."

The company also announced it has postponed the August 13th Boise, Idaho event due to a conflict with a local charity ride to benefit fallen soldiers. The Brandon Titus Memorial Ride changed its date which resulted in a conflict with the previously announced WCFC motorcycle ride and Summer Slam. Mr. Wooten commented, "As an organization we wholly support the efforts to raise funds for the families of fallen soldiers and did not want to press forward with our event knowing that it could detract from the work the Brandon Titus Memorial is doing. We will announce details for our Aug 27th Boise event to our fans and shareholders in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned—exciting stuff is in the works."

The Pierpont Street Bash is being held in conjunction with the Inferno Cantina on Pierpont Street. Tickets will be available online at www.wcfc.com or at www.tixxfixx.com for $20. The gates will open at 1:00 pm with the first band taking the stage at 2:00 pm. The fights will begin at approximately 6:00 pm local time and can be viewed live at www.wcfc.com.
