Another poor 4th quarter reported.

The company requires additional time to complete final updates and verification of its year-end financial
statements. Certain accounting items and supporting schedules are still being reconciled to ensure accuracy
and compliance with applicable reporting standards

Come on. How hard can it be since nothing's really changed since the last annual you posted.

The jokester has returned!

He hit the ask at $.0059 for $88 and caused the sp to bounce 136%.

Whoa!!! The jokester just got schooled. Someone just dumped 2,199,201 shares at $.001 for an 87% drop. That's $2,199. That's quite a loss they took.

Looks like we got a real jokester here.

A $39 trade raising the sp up 92.50%.

The company's business description at OTC Markets which was just updated this month is a flat-out lie. All they have is a tax services company.

And none of them were ever "operating". Here's their business description .....

Most of the O/S are restricted that were given out in lieu of cash because the company never had enough revenue to pay them any other way. In fact, until McWilliams sold her little Mom 'n Pop tax service company to AHIX, they had no revenue at all. McWilliams actually had to put money into the company on a couple of occasions to keep it afloat. AHIX is a money pit. Hardly worth the $8M market cap.

I don't want any innocent shareholder getting hurt. Did not think anyone was still invested in this unfortunate abomination.This is just an ATM machine for the CEO.

Some idiot just bought $6 of AHIX stock. Who bothers to do this kind of trade?

Don't be surprised if McWilliams is looking for a buyer for the ticker. After years of failing to put anything meaningful into it, any reasonable person would face reality and give up. This is the longest they're gone without announcing some new business venture. McWilliams and Striggles should accept the fact that tax preparation is all they're capable of in life.

This will need a reverse split soon unless they plan to increase the authorized shares. Would be better for them to just R/S. Don't think any retail traders are actively trading this one anymore.

I don't understand how this company can hold nearly a $40M market cap when it only did $140K in revenue from Teresa's mom-n-pop tax service company last year. Which, btw, LOST $468K in the process.

It's called "escheatment." The shares could still be recovered later from the state, but after the reverse splits, they are worth less than 5 cents and with first class postage at 73 cents, it hardly seems worth the bother for shares we never bought, asked for or agreed to take. They just showed up in the mail one day. I think Teresa was trying to shut me up. We kept getting messages to "call me!" Our only response was, "Whatever you want to say, put it in writing" but they never did. They probably suspected (rightly) that I would post it here.

I'm surprised AHIX is still twitching. I suppose we could transfer them to McWilliams, but only if she sends me a few stamps to cover postage. LOL

Transferred to the state you live in? WTH? I never heard of that. Aren't they in his name? And in a brokerage account?

My husband just received notice that his remaining shares (after the reverse splits) are going to be transferred to our state unless he declares an interest in them.

I'm curious as to what Dr. Aditya Ganguli has done in the past year to deserve being given 350,000,000 shares of stock, which was worth nearly $3,500,000 at the time of issuance and still worth nearly $3M today. Does he have to successfully complete an acquisition to be able to sell the stock? The normal restriction period is up otherwise.
