Regarding the challenges:
As a small company in regenerative medicine, some volatility is expected. However, we do not anticipate any additional capital raises. Our last raise was over a year ago. Instead of focusing on rapid clinic expansion, our priority is advancing clinical studies to support Section 361 compliance. This approach is intended to generate the data needed for potential insurance reimbursement and broader patient access.Our model combines clinical research with B2B biologic sales, which has already driven strong revenue growth (approximately $700k in 2025). This company is a highly speculative buy for high-risk investment. Things to look for is cash burn, revenue growth, and clinical study results. If successful, there can be high rewards, but AdiaMed deals with localized regenerative clinics rather than billion-dollar molecular lab drug pipelines. JMO

I get the frustration — clinic launched ~17 months ago and price is still in the teens despite the PR.Quick update: Name change to Adia Med Inc. was officially approved in Nevada June 10. New subsidiary ADIA Life LLC launched June 8 to scale product distribution.

PR helps awareness, but in early-stage regenerative medicine, the share price usually follows revenue growth and execution. Market cap is still low (~$15-16M).
Adia is working on both.
Adia is also looking for a new IR and marketing group.

Watch for results as Adia scales.

NASDAQ is a long way away. Predictions of $1.68 beginning this summer was done a few months ago and we're still in the $.12-$.15 range with very small volume.

We've actually worked with several digital marketing groups in the past, but the results have been very limited for a company at our stage. On the market maker side, most we've spoken with have required large share positions that we weren't willing to provide. That said, we're always open to better options as we continue building toward stronger visibility and liquidity. Anytime. I'm not here to trash the company or pump it up. Real investors always look for transparency and honesty. I believe you're on the right track with time as your biggest enemy.

I understand getting any startup off the ground is a challenge but doable.

I was told two things when I started out many many years ago by a very successful individual who was ranked in Forbes magazine as a top entrepreneur.

I met with him once a week on Thursday to report on my area of responsibility and one day while he was having his lunch, bowl of soup, sandwich, diet soda and a snickers bar he leaned forward and looked me in the eyes and said two things.

1. Don't ever tell me how good you are because I'll know from the employees who work for you and with you.

2. If you want to be successful surround yourself with successful people because you cannot obtain success by yourself.

I retained those comments throughout my career and they worked.
