Don't believe everything you read! The case was settled 15 years ago. There was no fraud and no conviction.
Most people will never understand the politics in that case, and you will never find the truth online.

Let me ask you this.
If you were told you would be in a wheelchair for the rest of your life and die a very slow paralyzing death.
Would that change the way you think about life? Would you then want to help people like I am?
Would you do everything you possible could to make sure that never happened to as many people as possible?

Im not negative on the treatment, Im negative on your prior history with fraud and conviction with the SEC, and your current relations with others convicted in that same case on other OTC stocks.

Not sure why you're so negative about a company trying to help people! I'm trying to give MS patients an option I was never offered. I was told by my neurologist, three years ago that I would be in a wheelchair by now. I had AHSCT done two and a half years ago and in my opinion, I am cured. NO CANE, NO WALKER, NO WHEELCHAIR!
The reason I took over this company and am not receiving compensation is to help people like me.

You are absolutely correct, if you need to be approved under statute 351 you need the FDA trials and approval. We do not fall under statute 351. Adia falls under 361.
I think you need to do more research.
