RacksOwner seems to have prollems with answering these basic, straightforward questions.

I restate the unanswered question(s) to RacksOwner: Is the insurance prollem with the landlord's insurance carrier or with Racks' insurance carrier and what is the exact nature/issue of the prollem?

If the issue(s) is/are about the valuation of repairs/replacement of items, what specific items are in dispute and have the carrier(s) placed valuations on them or do they dispute the damage(s) itself as nott being covered?

My question is directed at RacksOwner. Racks does nott own the premises, at most it leases it. RacksOwner wrote that the rent is allegedly abated due to [non-] habitability; this from his prior post claiming such.

Also, I think he should change his alias from RacksOwner, as Racks is now owned by ACCR shareholders collectively, nott him personally, to something less misleading such as RacksManager, ACCRCEO, or PoolHallFlunky.

I haven't read through the whole history of this property. Did Racks buy this property already in damaged form, and expect to collect insurance on it? Or did the event hit the property after the genius acquired it?

Upper top right to the right of red subscribe box - 3 icons over is 'my profile' icon, menu drop down > My Image Gallery and on that page is the old way of doing it as explained left side.

Newer way as P&V said, save a file to the desktop, then open the message field as if to type a new post and drag the file into that field.
It now automatically goes into your gallery library while posting real time to the thread after you hit submit.

In many cases you can also drag an image from another tab or website as well. Some sites don't allow that.

On a computer, just drag a picture into the post-edit box.
