MCM Corrects Closing Date

MCM Capital One Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ZGN.P) ("MCM"), a Capital Pool Company, issued
a press release on January 24, 2014 which incorrectly stated that the
acquisition of Enerdynamics Technologies Inc. (the "Acquisition") was to be
completed no later than January 31, 2014. The Acquisition is to be completed no
later than April 28, 2014. 


MCM has not completed its qualifying transaction within the 24 month period
required under the policy of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") governing
capital pool companies. As a result, the trading status of the company's shares
has changed from a halt status to a suspend status. If MCM fails to complete its
qualifying transaction by April 28, 2014, MCM will be delisted on the Exchange.
MCM can transfer its listing to the NEX board of the Exchange provided that it
obtains majority shareholder approval exclusive of votes held by non-arm's
length parties.
