XSC.UN XS Cargo Income Fd

XS Cargo Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX VENTURE:XSC.UN) today announced that the
trust units (the "Trust Units") of the Fund ceased trading on the Toronto Stock
Exchange at the close of market on August 19, 2009 and that the Trust Units will
commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening of market on August
20, 2009 under the same trading symbol ("XSC.UN"). 


Business of the Fund 

The Fund owns a 51% indirect interest in XS Cargo Limited Partnership which
operates 40 closeout retail stores in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba,
Saskatchewan, Ontario, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
