Strategic Resources Provides Update on Annual Meeting

Strategic Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:UVR) ("Strategic" or "the Company") wishes
to update shareholders that as a result of the lockout of workers at Canada Post
it is likely that the Company will need to delay its annual meeting which is
currently scheduled for July 7, 2011. The Company will make a further
announcement of the new date once the labour dispute between Canada Post and its
employees has been resolved.
