United Uranium Corp. Registers Notice of Dispute

United Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE:UUC). On January 4, 2008 the Company forwarded
to the Saskatchewan Department of Energy and Resources, Mineral and Mines
Branch, a Notice of Dispute under section 105 of The Mineral Disposition
Regulations, 1986 (Saskatchewan) against Mineral Disposition S-111155 held by
Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. ("Purepoint"), as referenced in the Company's press
release dated January 10, 2008.


The Company received notification today that the Notice of Dispute was recorded
by the Department of Energy and Resources against Mineral Disposition S-111155.
The Company will, as required by S. 106(1) of The Mineral Disposition
Regulations, 1986, proceed as expeditiously as practicable to resolve this
dispute.


The Company asserts that it has an agreement with Purepoint whereby each party
would own 50 percent of the claim, which was the subject matter of Press
Releases by Purepoint on December 4 and December 6, 2007, and January 9, 2008.
Purepoint disputes that such an agreement exists.
