Strategic Resources Inc. Announces Extension of Warrants

TORONTO, Feb. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - Strategic Resources Inc.
(the "Company"), wishes to announce that it will make an
application to extend the exercise dates of 6,800,000 warrants
currently exercisable until February 22,
2013, with respect to 6,800,000 warrants issued pursuant to
a private placement which closed on February
22, 2011. If approved by the TSXV, the warrants' expiry date
will be extended for one year to February
22, 2014. There has been no change to the warrants' exercise
price of $0.21.
Strategic Resources Inc. is a Canadian-based
