Sentinel Rock Oil Inc. ("Sentinel Rock") (TSX VENTURE:SNT). Sentinel Rock
announces, further to its new releases of January 17, January 26, February 8 and
February 15, 2011, that its Filing Statement dated April 1, 2011 in respect of
its proposed business combination with Sundance Energy Corporation ("Sundance
Energy") has been filed under its SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com. The TSX
Venture Exchange has conditionally accepted the proposed business combination
subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.


Refer to Filing Statement for important details regarding the proposed business
combination and private placement. 


The shares of Sentinel Rock are expected to be halted from trading on April 8,
2011 pending closing of the proposed business combination and related private
placement, which is expected to occur on or about April 8, 2011.
