Sagittarius Announces New Chief Financial Officer and Other Management Changes

Sagittarius Capital Corporation (NEX:SCX.H) ("Sagittarius" or the "Company"), a
capital pool company, is pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Chris
Hazelton as the new Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Adam Szweras as the
Corporate Secretary. Messrs. Szweras and Hazelton have also been appointed to
the Company's Board effective April 29, 2014.


The appointments follow the resignations of Mr. Jim MacPherson, Chief Financial
Officer, and Mr. Brian Illion from the Board.


Sagittarius and its Board would like to thank Messrs. MacPherson and Illion for
their contributions to the Company, and wish them the very best in their future
endeavours.


The audit committee of the Company is composed of Messrs. Brian Presement, Brian
Micner and Adam Szweras.
