SBO.H Schwabo Capital Corp

Schwabo Capital Corporation ("Schwabo") (TSX VENTURE:SBO.H) announces that a
letter agreement with AllCom ("AllCom") dated June 3rd, 2010 ("AllCom
Acquisition Agreement") respecting a proposed acquisition of assets from AllCom
("Proposed Acquisition") has been terminated by mutual agreement by Schwabo and
AllCom.


Schwabo had intended that the Proposed Acquisition would meet the requirements
for a Qualifying Transaction (as defined in TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.4.


Trading in the common shares of Schwabo remains halted.

Schwabo continues to actively pursue other opportunities for a potential
Qualifying Transaction.
