VANCOUVER, April 17, 2013 /CNW/ - Royce Resources Corp. (TSXV - ROY.H) (the "Company") announces that Kristen Reinertson has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Gordon Keep has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary and the Board would like to thank him for his services. Mr. Keep remains as an advisor to the Company through his role with Endeavour Capital & Advisory Ltd.

In connection with the foregoing appointment and pursuant to the Company's stock option plan, a total of 100,000 stock options have been granted to Kristen Reinertson at an exercise price of $0.10 per share, exercisable for a period of ten years, subject to regulatory approval.
