Oil & Gas Corporation ("Palliser" or the
"Company") (TSX VENTURE:PXL) announces that it has filed an
amended and restated management information circular, including
notice, with "erratum" (the "A&R Circular")
with respect to its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the
"Meeting") scheduled to be held on October 7, 2014. The A&R Circular replaces
and supersedes the management information circular of the Company
dated September 12, 2014 (the "Joint Circular") and
filed on SEDAR on September 16, 2014
in respect of the Meeting.
The A&R Circular has been amended to disclose
the correct record date for the purpose of determining shareholders
entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the Meeting is
September 5, 2014, consistent with steps taken in connection
with the Meeting, including all notices, filings and disclosures to
shareholders and regulators other than the error in the Joint
Circular.
Except as described above, the A&R Circular
remains unchanged from the Joint Circular that was mailed to the
shareholders of the Company and previously filed on SEDAR. A copy
of the A&R Circular is available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
