retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. to
assist with logistics and marketing efforts focused on retail
financial advisors.
In consideration of the investor relations
services to be provided by Renmark Financial Communications Inc.,
Palliser Oil & Gas Corporation has agreed to a monthly
agreement with a monthly retainer of seven
thousand dollars starting on August
15, 2013.
Renmark Financial Communications Inc. does not
have any interest, directly or indirectly, in Palliser Oil &
Gas Corporation or its securities, or any right or intent to
acquire such an interest.
Palliser is a Calgary based junior oil and gas company
currently focused on high netback heavy oil production in the
greater Lloydminster area of both
