Pitchblack Announces AGM Results

Pitchblack Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:PIT) (the "Company") reports the results
of its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting"), held in
Toronto, Ontario on May 14. Detailed results of the vote for the election of
directors held at the Meeting are as follows:

In addition, shareholders approved the stock option plan of the Company and the
appointment of the auditors. The stock option plan remains subject to acceptance
by the TSX Venture Exchange. Further to the Company's press release dated April
21, 2014, the Company will not proceed with the proposed consolidation of its
common shares.


A total of 11,253,513 common shares were voted in connection with the Meeting,
representing approximately 33.98% of the issued and outstanding common shares of
the Company.
