Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited (Mosquito) (TSX VENTURE:MSQ) announces
that it has granted options to purchase up to 3,700,000 common shares of the
Company to the directors, officers employees and consultants of the Company at a
price of $0.35 per share exercisable until November 30, 2017.
