Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd.: Shareholders Vote to Pass All Resolutions at AGM

Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd. ("Yankee Hat" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:KHT)
announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on December 21,
2010, shareholders re-elected P. Bradley Kitchen, Terence Schorn and Jason
Scharfe to the Board of Directors for the upcoming year. Motions approving the
reappointment of BDO Dunwoody LLP as auditors, adoption a new Incentive Stock
Option Plan and the alteration of Yankee Hat's articles of incorporation were
also passed by the Company's shareholders. 


All resolutions submitted by the Company's management to shareholders for
consideration were approved as presented. The Incentive Stock Option Plan will
remain subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
