FDR Media Group Channels Set to Launch on Monday, November 28, 2011

press release dated October 24, 2011, FDR Media Group Inc. ("FDR Media") today
announced that its high definition channels Mehndi TV and Bollywood Times will
launch in Canada on Monday, November 28, 2011.


Mehndi TV HD is a channel focused on showcasing intelligent and entertaining
programming catered to Canadian women of South Asian heritage. Bollywood Times
HD is an all-action all-the-time channel. Mehndi TV and Bollywood Times are
among the first South Asian High Definition channels to be offered in North
America.
