Hunt Mining Corp. Announces Director Resignation

Hunt Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:HMX) ("Corporation") announces the resignation of
Messer. Bryn Harman from the Board of Directors of the Corporation, owing to
personal reasons and other commitments. The Corporation's Board sincerely thanks
Messer. Harman for his contributions and time with the Corporation, and wishes
him well in all his endeavors.
