monitoring, fleet management, fleet diagnostics and automated
vehicle security systems, today announced that it has appointed Mr.
Peter Callaghan as the Company's
Chief Sales Officer. Mr. Callaghan was previously Senior
Vice-President, Sales and Marketing at Webtech Wireless Inc.
("Webtech Wireless").

Mr. Callaghan brings more than 25 years of demonstrated success
with a focus on developing and managing high performance sales and
marketing teams. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Callaghan was
responsible for leading Webtech Wireless' sales and marketing
functions. Mr. Callaghan's career includes serving as
Vice-President Worldwide Sales for DDS Wireless International Inc.,
as well other senior executive roles with a number of different
technology companies. Mr. Callaghan is a graduate of the
University of Waterloo.
Mr. Stewart Pinos has left his
role as Chief Commercial Officer of the Company, effective
immediately.
