GALLERIA OPPORTUNITIES LTD. ("Galleria" or the "Corporation") (TSX
VENTURE:GOI.H) announces that it has successfully closed the sale of its oil and
gas properties in the Atlee/Buffalo area of Alberta. 


Total proceeds of $230,142 included $180,142 which had previously been paid
toward the LLR liability imposed by the Alberta Energy Regulator in the amount
of $494,618. As a result of this closing, the requirement of the Corporation to
fund the remaining $314,476 LLR liability has also been terminated. 


Neither the NEX nor its Regulation Services Provider (as defined in the policies
of the NEX) accept responsibility for the adequacy and accuracy of this release.
