GASFRAC Energy Services Inc. Announces Recommencement of Operations

GASFRAC Energy Services Inc. ("GASFRAC") (TSX VENTURE:GFS) announces that it
will recommence operations on Monday January 31, 2011 as previously announced in
our press release of January 20, 2011.


Dwight Loree, Chief Executive Officer, stated "I am proud of the way GASFRAC
employees addressed the January 14, 2011 incident from immediate response
through to identification and implementation of follow-up actions. The efforts
of our entire team have resulted in a better and even safer company. I would
also like to thank all of our customers for their patience and support."


GASFRAC is an oil and gas service company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta,
Canada, whose primary business is to provide LPG fracturing services to oil and
gas companies in Canada and the USA.
