What's already in the rock is a historic, non-43-101-compliant 446,000 oz Au plus 5.3M oz Ag, from 6.57 Mt at 2.12 g/t Au and 25.2 g/t Ag. The Los Socavones epithermal system stays open along strike and at depth. FMN holds 44.5% with a right to earn 50%.

The catalyst is now in motion. Per the Feb 19, 2026 NR, ground access is secured and a contractor appointed to reach the Los Socavones underground workings. The sequence from here: confirm the historic sampling, then underground drilling, then a new NI 43-101, working toward an initial 1 million oz gold target.

The project hosts a historical, non-compliant open resource of 446,000 oz gold and 5.3 million oz silver, along with two confirmed porphyry systems flanking the epithermal gold-silver resource.

Historical work at Las Huaquillas includes more than 5.7km of diamond drilling, 1.2km of underground development on three levels, soil geochemistry, geophysics, and significant intercepts across multiple mineralisation styles, including epithermal gold-silver, porphyry copper-gold, and polymetallic systems.
