("Frontier") announces that it has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (the "MoU") with Hanwha Corporation and Hanwha Ocean Co., Ltd. (collectively, "Hanwha") to establish a framework for evaluating potential cooperation across the lithium value chain. Under the MoU, the parties will evaluate opportunities related to the potential supply and purchase of lithium products, including battery-grade lithium products from Frontier's proposed integrated lithium operations in Ontario. The parties will also explore broader strategic, technical, and commercial cooperation opportunities, including potential strategic investment and project-level financing, in support of developing secure and regionally integrated critical mineral supply chains. The MoU contemplates further discussions regarding potential long-term commercial arrangements, including possible offtake by Hanwha and/or its affiliates, subject to due diligence, internal approvals, and the negotiation of definitive agreements. The engagement reflects Hanwha's broader interest in Canadian industrial partnerships, including its participation in the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project (CPSP) procurement process. An aggregate of 20,000,000 Units were sold at a price of C$0.75 per Unit (the "Offering Price") for gross proceeds to the Company of C$15 million. Each unit is comprised of one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") and half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant shall be exercisable to acquire one Common Share (a "Warrant Share") at a price of C$1.00 per Warrant Share for a period of two years from the closing of the Offering (the "Expiry Date").







The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for advancing the PAK Lithium Project. (TSXV: FL) (OTC: LITOF) ("Frontier" or the "Company") announces that, further to the previously announced short form prospectus offering of the Company on April 8, 2026, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") has conditionally accepted for listing, 11,500,000 common share purchase warrants of the Company (the "Warrants") to be issued pursuant to the terms of this short form prospectus offering  (the "Offering"), which is expected to close on April 30, 2026 ("Closing Date"). Geologists have uncovered what they believe could be the world's largest lithium deposit inside an ancient supervolcano along the Nevada-Oregon border in the US.

Clay containing up to 40 million metric tons of the precious metal was identified throughout the 28-mile-long McDermitt Caldera - nearly double what has been found in Bolivia's salt flats that have long held the record for the most lithium deposits.

While the amount of lithium is based on estimates - no drilling has taken place - scientists have found high concentrations of lithium in the caldera since the 1970s.

As of 2022, the average battery-grade lithium carbonate price was $37,000 per metric ton, meaning the volcano is potentially sitting on $1.48 trillion worth of the precious metal.

Canada-based Lithium Americas Corporation plans to begin mining as early as 2026, mine the region for the next 40 years, and then backfill the pit. However, the plan has been criticized due to the environmental impact of mining and claims that the site is on sacred Native American land.

Lithium is a critical component for batteries that power everything from smartphones to electric vehicles and solar panels - and China has dominated the market for decades because 90 percent of the metal mined is refined in the nation.

The McDermitt Caldera could hold the most lithium in the world. The crater, which formed 19 million years ago, sits along the Nevada-Oregon border. Experts said the extraction process would only need water to remove clay that will be leached to extract lithium

Upcoming PFS should be a springboard into the future of this company. I would be surprised if we fall short of 100m Tons. With current pricing, I'd expect a NPV that should elevate us to a $7-$10 US stock value immediately. We'll see if the market follows accordingly, but there is no doubt the valuation is about to rocket. This, along with some off-take news and Q4'23 Operations headway, will be the new beginning the longs have been waiting for.

Excellent article out last week on Frontier Lithium. From its 66,160 acres in NW Ontario, Frontier plans to produce 23,174 tonnes per year of battery-grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate.

But with two other promising lithium prospects on Frontier's property, and exploration still ongoing, the resource count at PAK is likely to increase.

It is based on info given at the recent Metals and Mining Investor Conference. If you look at at the quantity/valuation of the biggest North American peer and interpolate a comparable value, $6+ is a good target for $LITOF. If you consider the Quality of the resource, the price could easily go higher.

A little back ground I would like to share.
I have been fishing in Canada at North Spirit Lake for the last 16 Years.
About 10 Years ago a group of geologist started showing up at camp.
They were testing for several metals. After a few years of talking with them it was readily apparent that they found a significant deposit.
I have hiked to the sight and you can be assured that this deposit is everything you would hope for.
I started buying this stock 5 years ago and have been steadily adding since. I will hold this stock for years. It's my belief that at the current share structure this could easily be a $30.00(US) stock. (this is of course my own opinion.) I understand it has been a great ride so far, and it is tempting to take profits. My best advice is to hold on to this one.
