Volume 3 days in a row. Have about 2 million shares from ages ago. Can’t remember the last time I checked to see if this was still alive. Wonder who’s buying all of a sudden?

Looks like some volume today 2/1/21 shows 2,055,000 traded

Yeah, I thought I saw a buy in Nov/Dec, but then it didn't show up. Does this have the potential to be a shell buyout someday?

Maybe, Ed Lover will show up this time and by the company!

Years back I called a phone number linked to norman birmingham and spoke to a man with a nj 'wiseguy' accent...he said he was birmingham but I have no idea if it were truly him or not.

I don't have the number now but I think I found it by searching around for norman j birmingham and won-gil choe as relates to a company which was called netcert at the time of the information...choe and birmingham were listed as officers of the company...keep looking for information such as that which I have linked to..look for press releases and look for birminghams number listed at the bottom as 'investor relations' if I'm not mistaken....good luck..

The company will release all of the details with regard to the Dividend in the filing document (And I am sure a Press Release as well) and with regard to the time line, I will not speculate and give hard deadlines. All I will say is that our #1 priority is to move to the OTCBB and move forward.

"Corporate services company", sounds like Prostitution of some kind. Managed by "managers", a home based business, i would guess something that is only legal in that state.

If someone "buys" it I think you'd see them BUY new shares then do a reverse split. If you were able to buy 50.1% in the open market all you need to do is report your buys over 10% and then call the transfer agent and tell them you are the new sheriff in town and that you are changing the corporate address. Called a "hostile takeover". Or, you can just buy 10%, be an insider and call a board meeting...being that you will be the only one to show up you are now free to elect yourself :D (depending on their rules). Just incorporate in Nevada so you only need to have 3 board members...maybe only 1 board member.

My gut says that the guys involved in this company have long forgotten their involvement in it and want nothing to do with the shell anymore.

The other cool thing is for a $3-5k take over the company and file BK, wipe out all the shareholders and you got yourself a fresh and clean entity without doing much work and probably for about $10k.

OR...you can probably track down the losers who own most of this company and just offer them $5k for their 'troubles' and have the shares put in your name, but if you do that expect a long drawn out slap in the face.

you're right...that is why I am just keeping my shares. You have to think at somepoint in the next 5 years somebody will buy it.

14 k really isn't that much to own a shell company with a share structure already in place.

thanks a lot. learned a lesson I guess

that was the excuse given to me about banx and green not going public... because the sec didn't let them or some procedural issue when they tried to start trading. TD ameritrade looked at it and said the way isbl would get around it is that in the dividend PR it never guarantees that banx and green would become a trading company, it just says as long as everything goes according to plan will we get the dividend.

You can track down the owners of isbl by phone, they'll give you a million excuses and tell you to blame the other ceo/president, this entire situation is a black hole of money.

What do you mean they were not allowed to go public? Is that what you got from the ISBL'ers? Is this what the sec said? We all got had by some guys that knocked on our door, sold us something we never recieved!
