EcoMax Energy Services Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:EES) ("EcoMax" or the "Company")
announces that Jim Dale has submitted his resignation from the Board of
Directors effective immediately. Mr. Dale also served as the Chairman of the
Company's Compensation Committee.


The Board would like to thank Jim for his time, effort and contributions to the
Company over the past 7 years.
