CSM Systems Corp., (TSX VENTURE:CKX) is pleased to announce the results of its
Annual General Meeting held April 11, 2012 and the election of new members of
the Board of Directors. Newly elected to the board were Ted Power, Randa Kachkar
and Dwayne Ellis. Re-elected to the board were, John Putters, Perry Kinkaide,
Ron Jackman and Wally McNeil. 


Following the AGM and the election of the board, directors of the company
appointed a new chairman, Ted Power, President and CEO of Trace Applications.
Mr. Power replaces John Putters as chairman, who remains as Chief Executive
Officer of the company. Mr. Power has a history as a successful businessman and
community leader in Edmonton. He was a founder of three public companies and, in
2002, was awarded The Queen's Jubilee Medal for public service. He was also a
Regional Finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000. Mr.
Power's vision helped create TraceAbility(r) and MetalTrace(r), both
internationally acclaimed software solutions for tracking and handling of
Quality Assurance and Quality Control documents in the metals industry.


Perry Kinkaide was appointed to mergers and acquisitions in order for the
company to better assess opportunities in these areas. Mr. Kinkaide has
extensive experience in technology, business management and consulting. 


Mr. Kinkaide is the founder and President of the Alberta Council of
Technologies, President and Chairman of the Board of Kinkaide Enterprises Inc.,
former Managing Director of KPMG Consulting in Edmonton and Assistant Deputy
Minister with the Alberta Government. Upon retirement in 2001, Perry established
KEI, for allocating venture capital and assigning operating officers to emerging
technology-based, enterprises in Western Canada.


Randa Kachkar, the Company's CFO, was appointed as the Board's Secretary. Ms.
Kachkar is also a member of the management team of the Company's operating
division, Visionstate Inc., and is a seasoned entrepreneur with over twenty
years of experience in publicly listed and private sector business and financial
management, in various industries, including technology, property development,
security, healthcare, financial management, commercial banking, to name a few. 


Dwayne Ellis, who was also elected to the Board, is the Chief Information
Officer for AGS Flexitallic, Inc., and is responsible for incorporating
technology into the company's operation in order to develop strategic advantages
over their competitors. Prior to joining AGS in 2001, Dwayne was an account
manager, support manager and R&D manager for a local ERP software supplier.
Dwayne is also the Marketing Director for the Edmonton Chapter of the CIO
Association of Canada. Since the inception of the IBM PC, Dwayne has been
involved in IT related roles that allowed him to gain knowledge and experience
through on-the-job training. Through certificates from the University of Alberta
and job experiences, Dwayne has succeeded in advancing himself through a number
of IT related positions. He has since expanded his education with a Graduate
Diploma in Management and has completed his MBA in the spring of 2011.


Visionstate is a leader in delivering interactive technology. Running on the
Company's powerful content management system that is specifically designed for
touchscreen applications, the software can be used in diverse settings,
including recreation centers, schools, shopping centers, washrooms and food
courts to name a few.
