Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX-VENTURE: BRG) Announces Warrant Term Extension and Mozambique and Argentina Updates

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Apr 11, 2014) - Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX-VENTURE:BRG) announces it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for the extension of the expiry dates of certain warrants previously issued by the company.

The company previously completed a private placement on May 3, 2012, of 16,450,000 units at a price of 5 cents per unit, where each unit comprised one common share and a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of 10 cents on or before May 3, 2014. Brigadier requested approval to extend the exercise period to May 3, 2015.

The Company also announced it has discontinued negotiations on amending provisions of its letters of intent in Mozambique with both (1) Aman Mining Lda and Jacoma Minerais Lda, and (2) MIMOC - Minerais de Mocambique, Limitada, both of Maputo, Mozambique and consequently its interests have now lapsed.

The Company also announced it has discontinued negotiations on amending provisions of its option agreement regarding the Incamayo property in Argentina with SESA Holdings LLC and Salta Exploraciones SA. Consequently its interest has now lapsed.
