Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:BRG) (FRANKFURT:B7LN) (the "Company")
announced today that it has granted an aggregate of 1,200,000 stock options at
an exercise price of $0.125 per share, all of which were granted to directors
and consultants of the Company. 


The 1,200,000 options have a term of 5 years with immediate vesting (except for
certain of the grantees where vesting restrictions apply in accordance with
applicable regulatory requirements). There are currently 11,928,860 shares
reserved for issuance under the Company's stock option plan.
