pleased to announce that the Company's shareholders have approved an amendment
to the Company's 2010 Incentive Stock Option Plan in order to increase the
maximum number of common shares that may be issued pursuant thereto from
5,816,940 to 11,928,860. The amendment remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange
approval.
