Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:BRG) (FRANKFURT:B7LN) (the "Company")
announced today that it has granted an aggregate of 3,100,000 stock options at
an exercise price of $0.15 per share, all of which were granted to directors,
officers or consultants of the Company. 


The 3,100,000 options have a term of 5 years with immediate vesting (except for
certain of the grantees where vesting restrictions apply in accordance with
applicable regulatory requirements). There are currently 5,816,940 shares
reserved for issuance under the Company's stock option plan. Brigadier Gold
Limited trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol BRG and has
59,644,303 common shares outstanding.
