Buffalo Consolidates Pincher Creek Interests

Buffalo Resources Corp. ("Buffalo" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BFR) wishes to
announce that it has completed the purchase of an additional 25% working
interest in the Pincher Creek gas field for a price of $6.8 million. Buffalo
acquires approximately 120 boe/d of production at a price of $7.00 per boe of
proved reserves or $6.40 per boe of proved plus probable reserves. Buffalo now
has a 100% working interest in substantially all of the Pincher Creek field.


Bill Trickett, the Company's CEO, commented, "We are encouraged by the recent
interest in the Pincher Creek area by major industry players and having full
control of this property will allow Buffalo to expedite development of the deep
Mississippian gas as well as the exciting new Cretaceous play in the area".
